    Wine Country Classes and Workshops

Join Winemaker Stephanie Cohen for an intimate exploration of the art of cooperage and its influence on the wines of Col Solare on 3 pm Sunday, November 1. Stephanie will guide you through three distinct cooperages used to age our wines, offering the opportunity to taste individual samples and discover how each imparts its own nuances of flavor, texture, and character. The experience culminates with a tasting of a finished wine, bringing together the many elements that define the distinctive style of Col Solare.

    Seating is limited.
