    Beer Release at Single Hill & Sex in the Shrub-Steppe!
    Thursday, July 16, 5 pm at Single Hill Brewing Co.

    Join Cowiche Canyon Conservancy for a special night at Single Hill Brewing to celebrate CCC and learn about some weird and wondrous reproductive habits. Oh, and try a one-of-a-kind new Pale Ale ("Where the Sage Grows Blue") from Single Hill Brewing.

    Proceeds from the beer will benefit CCC. The beer's cover art and name come courtesy of artist Xin Lu, a participant in the 2025 Images of the Shrub-Steppe art show at Boxx Gallery.

    Special Event: Sex in the Shrub-Steppe
    At 6 pm, CCC’s own Jesuit Volunteer Corps fellow, Bridget Clark, will give a short talk, “Sex in the Shrub-Steppe,” highlighting some of the quirkier and downright incredible reproductive strategies of our non-human neighbors.
